Where do you ship to?

Currently, only within Kenya.  We are looking into shipping outside of Kenya in the near future.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard deliver across Kenya is $10

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Usually, between 1-3 working days 

What is your return policy?

we offer a replacement (subject to stock availability), or a cash refund within 15 days of the original purchase. Please note refunds will be processed via the same payment channel the order was made and should allow 15 days from the date return item is received for refund to reflect.

Refunds are offered on all items 

Returns on items are conditional to the state in which it is returned.

PLEASE NOTE that refunds are only given for the cost of the item and not for shipping.  An amount of $10 for shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. 

In the case of an exchange, the replacement shipping cost is $10 which is payable before the exchange item is dispatched.

The cost of return shipping to us is not included and refunds will only be processed once we receive the item in good condition. 

*NB : it is your responsibility to return the item to us by reliable and recorded delivery. In the case that the return item is lost by the service you have used to return it back to us, we cannot process the refund.
